Everything we sell is a digital PDF. Nothing is posted to you, so there is no courier, no tracking number and no delivery address to enter.
Straight away. The download link appears on the screen as soon as your payment succeeds, usually within a few seconds of a UPI approval.
Please type your email carefully. It is the only way we can send the file again if you close the confirmation screen too early.
Any PDF reader. Your phone already has one. The file is built to read on a phone screen, and it prints on plain A4 if you want it on paper.
First check the spam and promotions folders in your email. If it is not there, email us from the address you paid with, or send us your order ID. We will resend it by hand, normally the same day and always within one working day.
Contact details are on the contact page. If payment was taken and we cannot deliver the file at all, the refund policy applies.
