Refund policy

Our products are digital files delivered immediately after payment. Because the file is available to you the moment you pay, we cannot offer refunds simply because you changed your mind.

We will refund you in full if

• Payment was taken but no download link reached you, and we cannot deliver the file.
• The file is corrupted or will not open, and we cannot supply a working copy.
• You were charged more than once for the same order.
• The product delivered is not the product described on this site.

How to request one

Email us within 7 days of purchase with your order ID and what went wrong. Approved refunds are sent back to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days.

If a refund is approved, your access to the file ends and any further use is not permitted.
